
Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking customer-centric individuals with a passion for aviation and customer service!
Galvin Flying’s part-time Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal role in the customer journey. Our CSRs are responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers and guests; promoting the company’s mission, vision, and shared values; answering questions by phone, email, or in person; proctoring in our test facility; and scheduling and dispatching aircraft.
This position is a non-exempt part-time role, with an hourly rate between $19.00 – $22.00 per hour and includes the following benefits.
